Mutual Aid Coordinator Elections

Stuart Hirst has 16 years experience on the Council and has held various senior positions including a successful 4 year term as Leader. He currently chairs the Economic Development Committee.

Stuart has worked as a director of his own business for over 30 years and he and his wife Elaine have 2 grown up children and have lived in the ward for over 20 years.

He has dealt with numerous community issues over many years and has always maintained a strong focus on low council tax with service excellence to residents and the vital preservation of the Ribble Valley’s distinct independence as an authority.
