Through Nigel's successful campaigning during the recent Parliament, the Ribble Valley will soon see the arrival of the National Cyber Force to Samlesbury.

Nigel and surrounding local MPs fought off competition from areas such as Manchester for the Force to be located right here in the heart of the Ribble Valley. 

The National Cyber Force will not only bring huge investment to the area and economic opportunity but also thousands of highly paid, highly skilled jobs. 

3,500 jobs directly on this site will also create an extra 7000 additional jobs due to the economic multiplier, creating over 10,000 jobs for the local area.

Being built on the site of BAE systems, which already attracts investment and provides many jobs for the Ribble Valley and surrounding areas, it will also solidify the Ribble Valley as a centre for security in the UK, helping to deliver our national security.
