It is with great sadness that Ribble Valley Conservatives have to pass on the news of the sudden and tragic death of Councillor Brian Holden who died at his home, on Thursday 2nd March. Brian was a popular and active member of Ribble Valley Borough Council who contributed greatly in his four years as a member. Our thoughts are with his family at this sad time.
